Caught the movie "Transporter 3" last Friday, with Frecky. Actually thought of watching "Yes Man" but the the tickets were selling out fast and we didn't want to get those bad seats. Yeah, so we end up catching Jason Statham, once again starring as Frank Martin, in "Transporter 3"
The movie was great! There was a lot of action sequences; gun fires, car chases, extraordinary fights (fight choreography by Cory Yuen) and explosions! Hah! It's a guy movie I tell ya. I exceptionally like the fight scenes! It's so wonderfully shot and executed that the fights scene looks amazing. You'll feel (the pain) for those duds at the receiving end of Frank's punches.
one of the sorry fellaThere's this one particular love scene between Jason and the female lead, Natalya Rudakova, that I didn't really like. Well, it's a stupid scene but I guess it's vital to the building up of the story, that eventually convinced the audiences, why Frank Martin would go all out and rescue her by the end of the story.
The old french Inspector, Francois Berleand as Inspector Tarconi, is back in this installment and his character injects comedy along the storyline.
Anyway it's a great action movie and if you love the first two movies, you'll love this third installment.
